Merchandise in new clean condition, packed in the original factory box with all instructions, templates and parts it was shipped in, will be accepted for credit or refund and subject to a 30% restocking charge. Please contact us via e-mail at Sales@morganshardware.com and we will issue an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) which must accompany the returned goods. RGA's will be issued for 30 days from date of shipment. No returns will be allowed after 30 days. "Products that have been installed will not be accepted for return."

Defective products will be warranted according to the manufacturers express written warranties. Morgan's Hardware will Replace, Repair or Refund according to the determination of the manufacturer. All our manufacturers have solid warranties and do not hesitate to replace defective products.
